Mike is a respected growth champion with a 25-year track record of success building and leading global operations with P&L responsibilities several industries.  Mike has lead numerous successful transformation projects both domestically and globally, that drove significant efficiency and process improvements.  He has also launched over 100 new products and services with exceptional growth results.  As VP of Emerging Platforms at PepsiCo, Mike lead the development of large business extensions resulting in billions of dollars of growth in brands like Frito-Lay and Quaker.  Mike has lead the sales and marketing functions of large multi-national companies like BP and is now a trusted advisor to CEO's, PE firms, and boards.
